It's important for municipal urban planners to be armed with the best and most accurate data, reports, and presentations to communicate WHY urban development projects might be necessary for specific neighborhoods / districts. It's also important for urban planners to develop fun / interactive methods to solicit feedback rather than just conduct "one-way" presentations where the public (all participants, not just a vocal few) can provide their insights/expertise and local knowledge about their neighborhood.
