Jung-hoon (John) Lee is currently a professor of Technology & Innovation management at the Graduate School of Information, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. He is currently serving as a chair for Smart City Committee in Seoul Metropolitan Government and also provide advisory services for both Korean government and metropolis.
He has been involved in R&D projects sponsored by the South Korean government, including Smart City National Strategy, 5-years master plans for smart cities for Seoul Metropolitan Gov- ernment and Busan, Smart Urban Regeneration and IoT based Smart City Development and Living Labs. Prof. Lee is currently taking a leading role of PMO for national smart city R&D project particularly involving index devel- opment, service design based on design thinking and crowd-sourcing based citizen engagement with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport He also contributed several consulting and advisory services in both public and private sectors including CISCO, Arup, GSMA, SKT, LG CNS and worked with UN ESCAP and OECD as an external Smart City expert. Prof. Lee is also frequent session chairs, invited speakers and panelist of international con- ferences including Smart City World Congress & Expo.Professor LEE re- ceived a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining the GSI faculty at Yonsei University, he worked as a senior business/IT consultant.

Anders Hektor is assigned Science and Innovation Counsellor at the Embassy of Sweden in Seoul since April 2019. He previously worked at the Swedish Government, Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation, mainly on Digital Economy policies. He has worked closely with the EU, the OECD and other international organisations in the fields of standardisation, growth analysis, digital inclusion, social welfare and internet governance. Anders has a back- ground as researcher and holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Social Change.

Tom is the Chief Technology and Digital Officer for the City of Sydney. He is responsible for leading the City in Digital, Technology and Innovation. Tom has proven success in senior digital and application management leadership roles within large complex environments. He was awarded the ETSA Utilities Postgraduate ERP Prize for first placeduring his doctorate studies.
