Mihhail Kõlvart / Mayor / Tallinn, Estonia
Mihhail Kõlvart is the Mayor of Tallinn, Estonia since spring 2019. He is also the deputy Chairman of the Estonian Center Party. Previously he has served as the Chairman of Tallinn City Council(2017-2019) and deputy Mayor of Tallinn (2011-2017). As a deputy Mayor he was responsible for the education, culture, sport and youth topics. Kõlvart has a black belt in Taekwondo and he has won a bronze medal from the International Martial Arts Games. His students have several times won medals from European and World championships. He is also a member of board of the Estonian Olympic Committee.
Mihhail Kõlvart has studied law in International School of Social Studies Lex and graduated I Studium College in business law cum laude.

Corine Mauch is Mayor of Zürich since March 2009. She is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Switzerland (SP) and has been a member of the City Parliament from 1999 to 2009, including as Vice President and President of the SP municipal parliamentary party from 2002 to 2009 and as President of the Parliament’s Audit Committee from 2006 to 2008.
Corine Mauch holds a diploma in agricultural engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), has studied Chinese Studies at the University of Zurich and completed a postgraduate Master's in Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Lausanne/IDHEAP. She speaks German, French, English and Mandarin. Born 1960 in Iowa City in the United States, she has lived in the City of Zürich since more than 25 years.

Ted Ross is CIO for the City of Los Angeles and General Manager of the Information Technology Agency (ITA). His department of 450 employees delivers enterprise IT services to 48,000 employees across 41 City departments and digital services to over 4 million residents.
Appointed by Mayor Eric Garcetti in 2015, Ted has over 21 years of private and public sector technology experience, earning various awards along the way, including #1 Digital City, Top 25 Doer & Dreamer, and CIO of the Year according to LA Business Journal.
Ted has been featured in Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and The Economist, as well as, a presenter at many conferences, such as the Andreessen-Horowitz Tech Summit, Milken Institute, and India’s NASSCOM.
Mark Chandler / Director / San Francisco, USA
Mark Chandler is the Director of the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of International Trade and Commerce (Global Engagement). Mark has been part of the City and County government for over thirty-two years and has served eight mayors. Mark is responsible for managing the international programs of the City of San Francisco including innovation and technology exchange, international aviation development, Smart City dialogue, trade missions, investment and trade promotion, sister city partnerships, diplomatic relations for trade and investment and global trade/investment policy formation.
Mark has assisted with and been part of over thirty overseas missions to locations diverse as Mexico, China, India, France, Israel, Vietnam, Ireland, Australia, The Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada and Japan. He has a BA in Economics from U.C. Davis and an MBA in International Marketing from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and studied at the Tokyo Academy of Japanese.
